Sauk Valley went 3-0 this weekend to earn the Regional Championship and a trip the NJCAA national tournament. On Saturday the swept Olive—Harvey by scores of 25-13, 25-9 & 25-12. On Sunday they won a 4 set match against Highland 25-15, 10-25, 25-14 & 26-24. They then swept Black Hawk 25-12, 25-15 & 25-23 to win the Region 4 Division A title and to qualify for nationals for the 6th time in the last 8 years. Michal Willman and Kiley Sanders we’re named to the All-tournament team.Leaders for the Skyhawks were:

Sauk improves to 39-2. The national tournament will be held on Nov 18-20 in Cedar Rapids. Brackets will be announced on Thursday.
